Terms and Conditions

Harbour House accommodates a maximum of 8 people.

Harbour Cottage accommodates 2 people.

The combined property – Harbour House and Cottage accommodates a maximum of 10 people 

Harbour House and Cottage is a non smoking property. Signs of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee of £200

On booking a non refundable deposit of 40% is required, the balance of 60% is due 3 months before the start date, for short breaks we require full payment at time of booking.

Cancellations are possible up to 3 months prior to check in free of charge.  

Cancellations less than 3 months prior to check in are not refundable.  

Payment can be made via electronic banking, Paypal if you wish to pay by credit card, or sterling cheque.

All our prices are fully inclusive with no hidden extras. Gas, electricity and other utilities are all included

We supply all linen, cots and bedding, towels, coffee, tea and a selection of mini toiletries as well as welcome basket and starter logs basket

No pets without prior agreement - usually a well behaved dog can be accommodated at an extra charge of £75 per stay

We require a £200 good housekeeping deposit – this is returned to you after your stay assuming all is largely left as you found it
